WOD Guidance:
Today we have a massive movement redundancy and muscle endurance stimulus, and we’re getting after some wall walks. The goal here is to try and match your score from each round as you go, and keep moving on that wall! We have a 1:1 work to rest ratio so you can definitely push the pace during your 2:00 of work. Today, we’re going to lift after our wall walk piece. The strict presses may not feel stellar after spending 6:00 on your hands, but we can still shoot for some relatively heavy sets of presses to work some strength under fatigue.
