This was an event at the 2007 CrossFit games – the first CrossFit Games ever. A fantastic event, very heavy on pull up volume – so don’t be afraid to cut down the volume or adjust the movement to allow you to move consistently on this one. Find a cruising pace on the row to buy in, a manageable pull up option, and then a push jerk loading that will allow for unbroken sets of 7.
