Today we have a double adventure of a lifting piece and “Grace” at percentage of our heavy clean and jerk. This will all be done on a running clock, and cleans can be power or squat based on your preference. For our “Grace” at percentages, starting with a few sets touch and go may be an option depending on your barbell capacity, but quick singles will be the answer for most of us today.
