16:40 40# bbell, rx reps. Tabata. Happy with the burpees (~12/min). Went heavier than I would have with a dumbbell and definitely felt it. Had a nice chat with the 9am virtual after!

16:48 – did an AMRAP with the Burpees and was able to get 50 in 6 mins, then did 30 power snatches and 30 Thrusters with 20# BB

Crushing today’s rest day along with 800g of fruits & veggies.
QOTD – I seem to always stub one of my little toes on kitchen island stools on a weekly basis. I’d have to go with biting my my tongue since it’s rare and hurts longer when eating some foods.
Signs- don’t know my time, ran or more like crawled over the the shade immediately and forgot to ask Casey. Used 95# barbell and for sure got fitter from that one!
QOD: I think stubbing your toe is worse! That can stick with you for days if you do it bad enough!
WOD: no idea on the timing but I did a 7 min AMRAP for the burpees and did 80! So I am proud!
QOD: stubbing you’re toe is definitely worse! It only happens when you’re already in a rush or a bad mood

I really didn’t want to do this one but pushed myself. 100 burpees took 7:58, better than I thought! Just kept moving at a steady pace. Sets of 4-5 reps on the snatches and thrusters.

Yesterday’s Endurance (I’m going to miss these in a few weeks but understand!)- 10x250m row w/1:00 rest-
:47.8, :47.7, :47.5, :47.8, :47.6, :47.8, :47.6, :48, :47.6, :46.5 (4,330 total meters including active rest)
QOD: Tongue
Signs – 14:48 w/75# barbell which was the right weight for me today.
QOD – stub toe
Spent 4 hours of splitting wood.
QOD: Tongue is much worse.
Signs: 18:18. I set a goal to do 100 burpees in 10 minutes, and I literally finished right at the 10 min mark. I did the snatches and thrusters with the 35# bar. Followed up with the tabata, which was awful after 100 burpees.
QOD: Ouchie, neither. They’re both the worst!
Weightlifting Wednesday:
