3 Muscle Snatch + 3 Overhead Squat
3 Depth Jump after each set

3 sets of
2 Power Snatch + 2 Overhead Squat
2 Depth Jump after each set

3 sets of
1 Squat Snatch
1 Depth Jump after each set

WOD Guidance:
Build on the barbell as we drop lower underneath the bar
Build in height on the depth jump as the reps decrease
