6 sets – 1 clean DL to power position + 1 clean + 1 front squat + 1 push jerk. Worked up to 155#.
QOD: 🤔
7 rounds – 35# BB and single leg v-ups. You know you’re in trouble when v-ups are the easiest part of a WOD 😥😥😥
QOD: 🦸♀️🦸♀️🦸♀️

Same each round – 6 quick PC singles +1 into unbroken FS. Dropped then into unbroken push press
