Did yesterday’s endurance, Fortitude. Emotm odds 10 cal row, evens 10 burpees. Tabata of sit-ups and bicycles.
Qod: multi-tasking most of the time
Nice work Erin! I was going to do the Endurance WOD but when I saw it was Fortitude I skipped it. Fortitude is no joke!
Jaded – started at 65 and worked up to 100#. Spent a lot of time at 75/85 drilling technique of hitting position 1 when starting at 2 or 3. My poor thumbs ripped since I haven’t don’t much barbell work since March.
QOTD – Usually at the sink
Started at 95# power clean and worked up to 115# position 1. 115# to 145# position 2. 165# position 3. Some great tips and coaching by Casey.
QoD: Walk around….all over the place.
WOD: did it! Working on the transition from position 2 to position one
QOD: mowing around! Although my husband hates it
Active recovery day.
9 holes of golf (walked) and then 1k light row into 22 burpee bar muscle ups for the +1 challenge.

Jaded – 65-130#. It was a fun one, good to know where I’m at on power snatches. Don’t remember my last 1RM but this is definitely more and almost matches my max squat snatch.

Jaded: did it! 💪 this movement is by far the hardest for me (along with overhead squats) due to my shoulder injury. Started with just the PVC and ended with 20# on the bar. Thanks to Coach Casey for all the support & guidance today. Progress is progress 😁

No barbell today so did 2k row – 50 DB snatch @ 50# – 2k row. 20:56 w 7:27 & 7:07 for the rows.
