In the remaining time, establish a max weight of the complex:
1 power clean + 1 hang squat clean
WOD Guidance:
Today we’re doing the IGNITE workout which is in support of Forging Youth Resilience which promotes fitness as an avenue of mental health for under-resourced youth. A fun triplet followed by time to build to a max clean complex. Choose a thruster load that tempts you to go unbroken, and push the pace on the burpee and sit up. Once you’re at your barbell, make calculated jumps in the remaining time to get to your heaviest complex.
