QOD: Great British Bake off is so soothing for me. Also, Parks and Rec keep me upbeat
Revolution: 21:37 Rx reps. I can’t feel my arms or abs. 1st rnd 35 reg push ups then bench. 2nd and 3rd rnds were mix of reg and bench. Held steady on the sit-ups on all 3 rounds. Ring rows instead of PU.
QOD: Started The Office.
Body Building – recorded class from yesterday:
5-10-15-20-15-10-5 –> Z Press, then 10 Lat Pull Overs after each round – 7:55
10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 –> Kneeling strict press & kneeling OH tricep dip, then :20sec plank after each round – 8:40
30-20-10 –> shoulder taps, alt DB curls, then 10 push ups after each round = 3:58

QOD – just finished season 2 of Homecoming on Amazon prime which was pretty good. Short episodes and easy to binge
Revolution – 15:25, push up, sit-ups, double 35# db/kb rows. Broke up 1st round of push-ups in 5s, 2nd round 3s and 2s, 3rd round sets of 2.
QOTD – Schitt’s Creek and now Good Girls.
WOD:it took a long ass time. Did 50 Push up / 50 sit up / 25 rows (35# DB)
QOD: we’re watching Ozark now. So good! Love is Blind was pretty good for trash at the beginning of quarantine. Did some Jack Ryan around Memorial Day.
