8:50ish (couldn’t see the clock). 20# dB, rx reps. Tabata and 1 mile run (8:36).
QOD: allllllll the chocolate things.
8:58 with 65lb BB for 75 reps, then tabata and 4 mile run because I love to run. QOD: I would make them get coffee soft serve and put in caramel sauce and heath bars. 🙂
9:35 Rx @ 35# DB.
Snatch work before WOD:
On the 1:30 x 7
Snatch Deadlift + Hang Power Snatch + Power Snatch + Overhead Squat @ 105#
QOD: Vanilla + Reese’s pieces + cookie dough

100 Cal Bike with 10 Reverse Lunges on the minute!
I think I was around 9-10? Who cares, it wrecked me regardless.
QOD- chocolate ice cream with malt powder and French fries. You heard me.
After 2 rounds with 75# BB I wasn’t feeling it so took some inspiration from Casey and did my own thing. This workout also crushed my soul. 100 cal row, OTM- 5 burpees over rower starting w/burpees. 9:55.
Family walk & Zoom mobility tonight.
QOD- Soft serve peanut butter ice cream + Reese’s
7:42 – RX with 22.5 DB. Defo couldn’t have done more, took 10 mins to get off the ground afterwards !! Good job everyone !!
7:32 used 18# KB swing instead of dumbbell snatch!

Handstand homework and 3×8 single leg box step ups with 75# barbell this am.
Starcraft – 35# DB. 7:41 for time and I just snuck that last DB power clean in before the top of the minute. Thankfully. Took a couple of minutes to gather my soul.

Long day of “homeschooling” and never-ending work teleconferences, but got 6 rounds of 500m sprints on the rower, followed by today’s tabata.
