Woke up early and did the wod with the sunrise. 13:00 rx reps 20# dB squats and cal row. Tabata of flutter kicks and glute bridges.

Safebuster – 11:10 Rx reps 50# DB
Went unbroken on goblet squats until the last set of 21 (14/7). Regular burpees, kept moving steadily.
Back Squats beforehand:

10:23 w/20# db goblet squat. Followed by the tabata of the day and a few others I made up.
Didn’t sleep well and kind felt like crap today so I took it easy. Core and cardio and just random yard work. Back at it tomorrow.

Safe buster 8:34 @ 35#, reg burpees – not enough workout mats padding for db facing. Workout in garage while playroom/workout room is consumed with kids clothes too small for ours.

QOTD – Since everyone’s hanging with Aquaman, I’ll chill w/ Bruce Wayne. He has better toys to play with anyway.
Safebuster: I am so effing sick of burpees. I substituted 35#kbs for the burpees, 20#db for the goblet squat. 8:20. Followed up with the tabata, reg lunges vs. jumping lunges. Used the 35#kb for the hip thrust hold. Followed that up with a 2.75 mile walk.
QOD: Why can’t I be WonderWoman?
Safe buster: 14:00ish. Wanted to try some heavier weight today and went with the 45# kB. It was slow, but happy to have got it done. Finished with about 75% of the tabata 😉
