Cement Mixer – 400M run and 12 T2B. Tried to hold onto 6/6 on T2B but turned into 3s, 2s, singles in later rounds.

My body is hurting after building furniture and moving stuff all day yesterday, so I felt like a snail on the burpees. But got em done!
WOD: did it and stayed consistent!

QOD: Spice girls
Cement mixer RX distance and reps w/ T2DB. Pretty much negative splits, after rd 1 had 36 sec of rest, last round had 48 sec left before end of 21 min. Finished with 800m cool down run.
4PM Mobility Zoom that concluded with 2 min bottom of squat hold. Daily squat ✅
QOTD – I was essentially part of Dave Matthews Band in 2003, saw them 13 times that year across the country! 😱
Cement Mixer – 500M row. Definitely not a good idea to do 3500m yesterday and another 3500m today. Fell off the 500m/2:00min pace pretty quickly. 8 K290, then 6 K290 for the last few rounds.

Cement Mixer: Rowed 400m; Toes to KB followed up with a 2.75 mile walk.
