WOD Guidance:
Today we have an amazing workout – a combo of running and front squats. This one is interesting because the distances and front squat reps go down, but the loading goes up. Each run should be relatively quick respective of each distance, and front squat loading should be on the lighter end for each set. Choose loadings for each front squat round that would tempt you to go unbroken. If you can, awesome! If not, no more than one break should be needed on the front squats here.
