WOD GuIdance:
A fun team workout for today featuring a fun twist on a Hero workout called Jerry. For this one, you’ll split distances with a partner and alternate 200m for the run and 250m for the row. These are meant to be fast sprint efforts each time since you’re alternating work/rest with a buddy. Push the pace and see what you’ve got!
