Snatch (Squat or Power)

Accumulate 5 mins in Hollow Hold and/or Plank

WOD Guidance
Build in weight on the snatch to a heavy single for the day.
You can either save the holds for the end of class, or you can sprinkle them in between sets on the barbell!
