from 95lbs to 195. 20lb increments every 5 or so minutes
I failed 3x on 195 but managed one ugly clean
good times!
Virtual class was ot3m x 10: 5 d adlifts, 5 cleans, 5 snatches, :30 sec farmers hold on the right, then on the left. Plus core Tabata and stretching.
Qod: chocolate, okra, and chicken parm?!
WLW – 65 to 110 snatches. Felt tired today, probably should’ve take a rest day as I didn’t try to match 115# from a couple weeks ago.
QOD – Bread, cheese, and steak.
WLW – 95 to 185# cleans. The last 10 were squat cleans and working on the catch.
