WOD Guidance:
After a brief hiatus we are back to weightlifting Wednesday!
Today we are working through the positions of the clean,
It should help everyone dial in the technique as the bar is light to start off at Pos.1 and Pos.2,
Then when we head to Pos.3 putting all the technique focus to work going for some heavier lifts at the end!
