Fortitude: stayed steady with 8 burpees, started on the Rower @ 10 cals for a few rounds…POURING RAIN….needed to run for :40 the remainder of the rounds! Nice job 4:30 squad 💪💪
Fortitude – 360 reps, steady at 12/12 for all 15 rounds. Probably could’ve done 13 burpees. Next time…, but improved my performance by 4 reps compared to March.
QOD – Romcom in my early 20s. Now in my early 40s, children/family. I don’t mind it, and wouldn’t change a thing.
