The boardslide emerged from the rocknroll and was originally done in pools by Peter Kiwi Gifford in the late 1970s.
I love the format of todays workout. We go high skill to low skill. Expect the first AMRAP to feel slower which means lower intensity. That means the second AMRAP is light your hair on fire.
