“Slippery slope” is a metaphorical term used to describe a situation in which a series of events or decisions leads to a specific, often undesirable, outcome.
Today we have a slippery slope of time domains. This is going to lead to some incredible fitness gains. Choose a set of db’s you can hang onto the entire time. And choose a pace on the burpees that is challenging!
