20 Burpee Box Jumps @ 24/20
Today we have a cool interval workout featuring some DB lunges and burpee box jumps. We’re going to have to move quickly on this to be able to have some rest between rounds, but this workout will definitely develop our ability to repeat some high intensity efforts. Choose a DB loading that will allow unbroken sets of lunges, and then a number of BBJ that will allow you to move quickly each round.
