Pull-Ups- Reps 7/5, Banded, Ring Row, Barbell Row, Dumbbell Row, Odd Object Row
DB/KB Goblet Squat- Weight on DB/KB, Air Squat, Glute Bridge, Step Ups, Good Mornings
High intensity today! No more than two sets on pull-ups and pick a weight on dumbbell or kettlebell you can hold onto for ten reps. Rest recover and push that last amrap!
