Cinnamon Buns: 135#/155#/165#/185# — 1 power clean, 2 push presses. Goal was form focused, 5 rounds at each weight. Felt really good.
Before Class:
– 3×5 Back Squats @ 300#
– 2×13 Hell Elevated/Narrow Stance Back Squats @ 165#
– 3×6 Back Rack Lunges (each leg) @ 145#
– 2×15 RDLs @ 225#
– 2×25 Hamstring Curls (Green Band)
– 2×10 GHRs
– 3×2 Bench Press @ 200#

Big thanks to Casey for helping me with my form today. Feeling much better on the squat clean overall, but still have more work to do.
#15 – #35lbs switched 1/2 through to 3 squat cleans to really try to focus on the movement.
QOD I’m not sure that I’m either. I don’t love to get up early but I also don’t want to stay up late. I guess I’m a sleep person…is that a thing?
135-230 with a bunch at 185-225 to focus on form. Thanks for the guidance James! Nice work 6:30.
