QOD: Cone but mostly because we’re usually eating in the car and I’m driving. I prefer a cup.
Partnered with Kristen 34+1 (Kristen RX and toes to eyes) (I did 3 knees to 90 and 55#s) nice to be on the rig and getting more confident in my clean form.
QOD cone but only if it’s sugar or waffle not the yellow tasteless cardboard like ones. Kristen says cup all the way.
38 +1 with Manny. Manny did toes to 90, I did V ups with a set of T2B every 5 rounds. At the 15 min on I went T2B the rest of the way. Rx weight.
After class:
