Katrina really helped me with my form so I stuck at 225# to try and drill the movement rather than go for weight. I did have 3 pills at 225 that felt like I almost lost the bar over my head, so I’m getting there.
After class:
Front Squat 225# x 5, 245# x 2, 275# x 1, then failed 315#… haven’t failed below 335 in over a year so I’m a tad bummed there. 🙁

Gonna go out on a limb and chalk that fail up to some tired legs after all those front squats in the workout! Not to a decrease in your strength! Be proud of yourself 👊
