WOD Guidance:
Our workout today is a pyramid ladder of rope climbs with a 200m run after each round. Our goal here is to push the pace on the rope climbs and use the runs as a steady “recovery” to allow your arms to get right back on the rope. There are 25 rope climbs in total here, which is fairly high volume, so don’t hesitate to adjust the reps as needed to allow you to move smoothly through these. This will be a longer workout today, so set your cruise control to smooth, and let’s get after this one!
