Did yesterday’s ‘Life’ WOD this morning. It took ~24 minutes.
First real workout in maybe 2 weeks, because of the business of life. But today is day 1 of a new streak
Candyland: not totally sure how to score this one? 178 reps at 35# bbell (43, 30, 16). Follow up rounds were all shorter than amraps. Would have loved to throw some weights around on this one but alas – still need plates!:)
Qod: CA. It’s not a sneeze, it’s a nut!
Candyland – 86 reps (24/13/6) @ 115#
For times:

Candy land: 136 reps (33/22/13) @ 65#
Candyland – 30 reps (15, 10, 5) first WOD post marathon-felt good to do some barbell work even though it was slow & light!
Did this to move. Haven’t done any real non power lifts since the shut down so still warming back up.
155# (32,26,16) I was never out of breath but I really wanted clean form, etc.
115# – 18, 10, 8. Kept a hold of the bar for the last minute round. Ouch!
Candyland – @ 95# 17/11/7. Working my way back from elbow injury. Definitely need to strengthen my mid and lower back.
QOD – CA
