Took a rest day yesterday but really wanted to yesterday’s WOD. So I did it today.

Did an endurance wod from last week with Hiren in a partner format. 1 person rowed 400m while the other did amrap 10 push-ups and 20 sit-ups. Row was the pacer, 10 rounds total in 20 min.
Qod: ditto on veggies, would love roasted sweet potatoes. And plantain chips.

Fancy: 20#db and singles 10:22. Thanks Annmarie for coming over and doing the WOD a second time to keep me company! Finished up with my 14 pull-ups, 30 min on the Peloton and 10 min of arms. (Those 3#’s are no joke, I might need to invest in 1#’s!)
