A leg burner today, tabata sets of both bike and air squats. The structure here is 8 rounds of :20 on // :10 off per each tabata. We’re going to do each movement twice so it’ll end up being about 20 minutes all put together. Keep the squats smooth and push the pace on the bike and your legs will be fitter in no time!
