Are nachos a meal or a snack?
Wod: 400m row, 20# snatches (30), Pushups from knees (20), v-ups (10). Rounds were between 3:55-4:30. Plus Tabata. That was a really hard wod. Feeling it everywhere. Good one!
Qod: depends what you put on them. Either way they are delicious!
Did a tabata style active recovery type deal today. Moved around a sweat a little. Better than nothing🤷🏻♀️
QOD: Snack/ Appetizer!!
Mr. Moonlight – 400m run, 30 DB Snatches @ 35#, 20 push ups, 10 sit ups. Made it 3 rounds before the sun beat me down.

All rounds about 3:30.
QoD: snack/app. If they are a meal, then I can’t justify my tacos as a meal.
5pm show: 30#DB, 2min bike + rx. Ave 4:30 each round. Tabata was a gut buster!!!
QOTD: Appetizer (my wife and daughters would beg to differ)
5pm Zoom, thanks fellas! 400M run, 50# DB. Last round was fastest but man did that 4th round of snatches destroy me.

Mr. Moonlight: 400m row; 20#db snatch; elevated push ups; v-ups… Followed up with a 3.5 mile walk.
QOD: Snack
Mr. Moonlight – run, 25#, pushups, and alt leg v-up. Went light on the snatches in order to stay unbroken. Went from 3:35 on the first round to 3:25 on the last.
QOTD – Depends on the setting. At a sporting event, it’s a meal. Anywhere else, it’s a snack/appetizer.
Mr. Moonlight: ☑️ 1:30 run (definitely not 400m!); 30 20# dB snatches, 20 push ups, 10 single leg v-ups. Rounds between 4 – 4:40 – pushups slowed way down at the end! Oh and followed by a *sloppy* tabata!!
QOD: love this one – Dans judged me for years when I order (giant) nachos as my meal at some of our fave places. John Brewers tavern Waltham anyone?!?!
I’m looking forward to hitting up nachos for dinner with all the ‘nachos are my main meal’ peeps when we’re thru the other side!!!
WOD: no idea what I did. Maybe a 300m run. Used a 35# db for rounds 1-3. Then dropped to 20#, which was way too light. The lesson of today is that I am terribly not in the shape that I thought I am. And it’s so hot. I need to move to the arctic.
QOD: it’s a miracle I married Steph after the amount of time she thought it was appropriate to order nachos as her dinner during early dates. A MIRACLE. They are an appetizer only.
Mr. Moonlight- 400m row, 15 snatches w/75# BB, 10 pushups, 10 v-ups. I probably scaled too much but still hurt

QOD: With the amount I eat they should be a meal but I eat them like a snack.
WOD: did most of the movements RX. Switch from push ups to knee push ups halfway through.
