WOD Guidance:
A longer grind today featuring some running and tall box work. We’re going to alternate rounds of step up and box jump with a tall box, in a fun descending ladder format. The box should be taller than normal, so barring injury, lets make that box higher, even if that means putting some plates on top rather than a full flip of the box.
