Had every intention of wodding or riding. Then Kayla was home early to move out! If you count three car loads out of our house and into her new apartment as a WOD, then I did functional fitness today! Including moving two ginormous couches out of my house and up two flights of narrow, windy stairs in her 1942 home. PIVOT, PIVOT, PIVOT… 🙂
