Did Endurance with Coach James today! Amrap 18 of 250m row, 10 pushups, 5 toes to hands. 10 rounds with pushups from knees. Tabata on my own of wall sits and dB deadlifts.

Ticket to Ride- 60# KB w/KBS instead of snatched. No idea how many rounds but averaged around 2 per 1:00. A little more when starting with KBS, a little less if starting with lunges.
QOD: Have to agree with Greg & Erin, too many to choose. If I had to pick Star Wars theme song.

Ticket to Ride: So not good at following directions…. we did 6 snatches and 6 lunges, in the first minute, thought that’s all we were supposed to do! 🙂 Used the 30#kb for the snatch and lunge. Oh well. Followed up with a 3.6 mile walk and a 30 min ride on the Peloton!
