6 rounds #20 dB goblet squats and did tuck ups. Moved cautiously through goblet squats and tuck ups. Been working back to basics and trying to fix my ab activation and get rid of some abdominal coning I’ve been doing all my life. No one ever told me it was wrong but now I am very aware of it.. SO HARD to fix something you’ve been doing since you were 6🙃 Happy Tuesday!

Endurance class – 4 mins on Bike, then into a 4 min AMRAP of 5 push ups, 10 sit ups, & 20 air squats (2 rounds + 15) – 4 mins on Bike – then into a 4 min AMRAP of 5 burpees, 10 single leg V-ups, & 20 reverse lunges (2 rounds). Wrap up with 4 mins on Bike.
