Dog got me up early today so did Fire Attack (yesterday’s wod). 20:10, rx reps, push-ups from knees. Plus Tabata.
Qod: if we’re talking frozen snack, Italian ice takes me back. If we’re talking any dessert, s’mores around a beach bonfire:)
