Today we spend some time upside down…

No no no not scary upsdie down from Stranger Things, im talking the upside down where you learn a new skill and then put it to use during a super fun five round workout!

Pick a weight you can go unbroken on the goblet squats, and a skill modification that will allow you to move through the double unders!
