In her younger years she loved to move fast, and she started her weightlifting
career lifting some lighter loads…
Now all grown up, Lizzy is ready for the big leagues…
Today we have another spin on a classic benchmark workout…
With this being a not for time workout, our main goal is to move for quality…
Choose a loading on the barbell you can do consistent heavy singles.
And, a style of the strict ring dip that is challenging, but you can
maintain throughout!
