20 Double DB/KB Step Back Lunges, 50/35#

WOD Guidance:
Today we have a simple workout that is quite simple in its goal and strategy: GO! Choose a jump rope option that will allow each round to be done in 1:00 or less on the rope, and a DB/KB load that will allow for 1-2 sets on the lunges. Ideally we’d hold on for all rounds unbroken, but if we need a break on later rounds, we’re still getting a really great stimulus.
