Wod Guidance:
Today we have a long gymnastics challenge. The pull over is a unique gymnastic move, so we’ll spend a good amount of time working on it today. This won’t be a crush yourself with intensity sort of day, but we’ll be developing tons of bodyweight strength and awareness. Your midline today will definitely be on fire, but that’s okay because beach season 2023 starts now!
