The classic of all classic CrossFit workouts today, BUT Strict!
Typically in rounds of Cindy the pull-ups are fast and unbroken, but today you might need to break these up from the beginning
to not have the pull-ups go away, since you will be choosing a hard pulling movement for you.
The push-ups and air squats stay the same strategy wise, push-ups break up from the beginning into 2-3 sets and you air squats are “free”!
