WOD Guidance:
The biggest geyser in Yellowstone National Park is Steamboat Geyser. It is known for having the world’s tallest active geyser eruptions, with eruptions that can reach heights of over 300 feet.
When picking a weight for the front squats today consider picking something that you could do 15+ reps unbroken. We suggest breaking the toes to bar into manageable sets as the workout will get very grippy.
