WOD Guidance:
Did you know that the seesaw is not just for fun? It was initially used by ancient civilizations, like the Greeks and the Romans, as a simple tool to lift heavy objects. It’s incredible to think that something we associate with playtime today had such practical origins!

Today’s workout we will be picking barbells up during the cleans & shoulder to overhead. And, we will be dropping our bodies down to the ground on the burpees. Let’s make sure we choose a loading on the barbell so we can cycle both movements inside of today’s workout.
