30 Clean and Jerks
Based off of the benchmark workout Grace which is usually a light barbell, sprint style WOD!
Today you are choosing a heavier challenging weight for you in which you could do 3 reps in about :30.
Steady single reps at a time is the way to attack this one, have a plan between your reps to keep the breaks consistent and short
so you aren’t spending extra time just starting at the barbell.
