Shoulder Press – 10/8/6/4/2
Deadlift – 10/8/6/4/2
One movement at a time today, complete the sets of 10/8/6/4/2 at one movement before moving on to the next one.
Your first two sets 10/8 should be on the lighter side almost feel like “primer” type lifts getting your body warm and dialed in to the movement.
The sets of 6/4 should feel moderately heavy, weight is challenging you can still move with speed and good technique. The set of 2 is the heavy lift out of the sets. We still want to maintain good safe technique but these should be a challenging 2 reps.
