Wasn’t feeling 50# w some shoulder stuff I’m working through so jumped on the ski instead.
500m / 3:00 rest x2- 1:42.9 / 1:41.8 / 1262 rest meters

Felt great, probably could’ve gone up to 40#. Only broke up the step ups at 50 reps in order to switch sides for the db.
