DB Lunge @ 50/35

Down the ladder chipper today!
The pace of this workout should get faster and faster as you go.
All the movements today ideally should be unbroken!
Box jumps find a good pace, single DB Push Press switch every 5 reps to give one arm a break,
and the DB lunge choose whichever hold works best for you, but don’t put the DB down!
