Rounds – 25, 20, or 15 rounds. If you’d like switch to a time domain instead (AMRAP 20)

Tuesday’s WOD looks nasty. I’ll have to give it a go this week.
22:00 something with a 35# DB power clean. All push ups were regular push ups which was encouraging.
QOD: So, fun fact, my uncle worked for Nabisco way back when…he would send us cereals they were trialing to introduce into the marketplace. You have NO idea what my brothers and I saved future generations from….

38:57 Rx reps with 50# DB, reg push ups. I feel slow now after seeing everyone else’s times so far 🤔 it was the push ups that slowed me down after round 24. On round 25, went to go do a push up and arms just gave out. Switched to slow push ups on a bench for the rest.

17:49- RX reps, push-ups from 20″ box, 3 box jumps to 20″. Followed by a few rounds of Cindy & Tabata w/BJ overs instead of high knees. Mon mobility zoom to round out the day tonight.

“Everglades” – 17:30 with elevated push ups and 20#db snatches. Followed by “Biscayne” – 6:48 doubled the dubs and did singles. Followed by today’s Tabata and then jumped right into the 4pm mobility class with Eddie.

Did yesterday’s wod this am – 7:02RX. That’s a lot of DU for me.
QOD – Had kids help. Mix of captain crunch, rice crispies, Cheerios, sprinkles and chocolate chips.
Around 25 minutes. Stopwatch malfunction.
Jeff: Started with #20. Last 5 rounds with a 35#.
Rebecca: #20 DB, elevated ring pushups for first 15 rounds. Last 15 rounds, 7 situps, 5 Ring PU, 3 Strict press.
QOD: Rebecca says Chocolate Flakes. Literally, flakes of chocolate. Jeff: I have no idea. I would put potato chips in a bowl and serve with french onion greek yogurt.
25:10ish?? Elevated pushups, 15# dumbbell. Would have liked to go heavier but my only other option was 25# and I thought that was a wee much! Tabata and a neighborhood walk after 🙂

At round 7 I though I would never get to 30. Like I imagined the street lights would come on, neighbors would eat dinner, watch TV and head to bed and I would be doing air squats. Happy to have had Kristen to workout with today, not sure if I would have made it alone.

QOD: it would be ice cream themed with ice cream pieces, hot fudge pieces, sprinkles, etc.
Did the 5pm Zoom class. My computer died and I didn’t notice until the 23rd or 24th round, so I’m not sure what my time was. I do know that I was into my 16th round when Brian said “10 minutes”. Used 35# do the snatches.
Started with a 3 mile walk. 26ish. 20# DB. elevated pushups.
30 min rest then did the Body Building class. Gotta get ready for the beach….if we get there.
