WOD Guidance-
Smooth and steady is the name of the game today!
Spend no more than :90-1:15-1:00-:45-:30 seconds on your jump rope, respectively.
Higher sit up volume today, modify accordingly.
Do not try to PR your first 400m run! Pace that baby out.
WOD Modifications-
Double Unders – Singles, Line Hops, Toe Taps, Jumping Jacks, or Double Taps
Sit-ups – Good Mornings or Plank Hold (2:00/1:30/1:00/:45/:30
Run – 300m, 200m, Row, Bike, Ski, 1 min out + 1 min back, or 100 High Knees + 50 Mountain Climbers)
Tabata Time!
:20 Movement 1/ :10 Rest/ :20 Movement 2/ :10 Rest, etc. for 8 rounds (4 rounds of each movement)

QOD: I can definitely do the GOT characters and like 3 tiger king people, the rest I think of as the shady guy, the other shady guy, and the campaign manager from the ammo section of Walmart
finished it all, feel my running legs on the rise! I did it on video, finishing behind everyone. All is well. There are 8 professional actors and 8 Florida (wo)Men. One group is quite better looking than th’ other.

Didn’t keep time… but got today’s WOD and Tabata challenge in outside!! And convinced Kevin to do it with me!
Now THAT should get you an extra point.
Somewhere around 21 min with single unders, sit-ups and running. Lost a minute or two trying to find my jump rope which the dog stole after round 2;)
Pupper was just trying to be as fit as their mama!

20:40 something. Although I ‘m not sure I typed that right because Diane’s gravatar is huge and overlaps the input box. Single unders, sit ups and 400m run. Had to skip the Team 1 zoom to get in Tabata Time
QOD: Yep. Got ’em all.
Slow start back after 3 weeks off–did a cardio and core with Anna and then some stretching. I can almost see the end of my crazy work days!

Did the 5pm Zoom class with Sarah. I can’t recall my exact time but it was around 20:00 Rx. Little bit of an incline halfway through the run which made it tough. Did the Tabata workout right after and got 800+ grams of fruits & veggies. Go team 5!!!
17:00. Single unders + sit-ups + 400m ish run.
Took an active rest day, did mobility class and walked 3 miles.
Did recorded workout Tabata challenge and most of mobility. Dinner making calls now grrrr.
Sooooo I didn’t see the 400m runs written at the bottom of the workout…so I ran 2 miles before the WOD. 1 warmup mile, and the 2nd mile with a weighted vest.
Then, did the WOD with D.U and without the run. 13:20 🙂
QOD: Recognize and name all GOT characters, only name 2 from Tiger King.
Just finished the gun show class. Tri’s and Bi’s are on fire!!
Also walked 5 miles today.
