I agree that original Lays are the top dog. However, can’t get rid of sour cream and onion, or salt and vinegar.

Kelly: 37:35 rx. I went out way too hot. I knew I shouldn’t but the fresh air and excitement to get to box jumps & wallballs the plan went out the window…
QOD: Garlic Parmesan. This may already be a flavor. I’m not much of a potato chip person. These days it’s goldfish and animal crackers for me!
Nice! It was a grind for sure. I went out too hot on the DB thrusters and did unbroken on first two rounds. It just killed me as the rounds went on. Box jumps I was able to hold at a decent pace and just kept moving.
Gotta love an irresponsibly paced first 400m run!!! The true test of mental toughness. Way to hang on!

Love it!!! Way to get it done! That running warm up is one of my favs!
Kelly: 30:38 – ~400M run, 24” box jumps, 20#WB to ~9.5ft Target. Stayed consistent on box jumps and stepped down. 15/15 on WBs. Awesome afternoon to run.

In hindsight, should’ve amped this up to tuck jumps and 30# backpack thrusters.

Odd object is my 25# toolbag.
Run was uphill/downhill on our 50m driveway.
Tyler joined me in this one and did same numbers but 20″ jump and 12# thrusters.

Gave myself the mental challenge today to stay UB on the wall balls and got it done! The community push is still so strong even if we aren’t physically together!
QOD: I honestly really like sticking to the classics, but a chicken nacho flavored chip would be cool, all the flavors of a big plate of chicken nachos all in one chip!

I honestly don’t remember the time, I was smoked haha!
#25 DB Thruster for first 2 rounds then switched to air thrusters. Used a rock in the front yard for step ups. Felt good but bad to get running again.
