Had every intention of doing 400 m lunge, but the jumping squats killed my glutes and quads yesterday.

Made this up on the fly as light was fading. Tyler and Theo joined
1.6 mile loop run in the Breakneck Hill Conservation Land starting from the top of our driveway. Finished in 17:40. Tyler was at least a minute ahead. Theo was probably 30 sec ahead and sprinted the last bit. Yeah the boys can kick my @$$ at running.
Rested 4 minutes.
100m of walking lunges up the uphill driveway. This was a lot more painful than I expected
Grabbed our helmets and trail bikes and finished with a loop of the Conservation land.

Crossfit Tilt VI is getting bigger every day. We had some newbies join the class, hit the bike path. Two versions. Group 1 did a 4 mile walk to Hudson and back, 20 lunges at the midway mark. Group 2 did the mile run, 200 lunges, mile run. Way to crush it team!!

Did this with a group. Great working out with fellow members to stay motivated
Track wod with Hiren. Didn’t pay attention to time as was motivating kid and managing dog:). ~250m lunges in between miles – rough!!
